Paying Fees

Various Talawanda Bands activities require fees.

Marching Band Extracurricular Activity Fee (“Pay-to-Participate”)

The Marching Band Extracurricular Activity Fee is $600 per student per activity with no cap per family for Fall 2023. Talawanda Band Boosters voted in July 2023 to use existing Booster funds to pay $100 of each band member’s extracurricular activity fee for the Marching Band. This $100 credit will appear on each student’s fee schedule.

Due to budget constraints in the Summer of 2023, Talawanda School District imposed a fee for all sports and extracurricular activities.

Payment Due Dates

The extracurricular activity fee balance due dates are:

• Friday, August 18
• Friday, September 15

How to Pay

Families may pay the full amount ($500) by August 18.

Each payment will be $250 for those who wish to make two payments.

The easiest way to pay multiple payments is in the Talawnda High School office via cash or check. To make multiple payments online, contact Mr. Marston, who will ask the Talawanda Head Secretary to split the payments.
