2024 Marching Band Form

We are excited about the upcoming season and are ready to have fun and achieve fantastic performances. The Talawanda Marching Band form must be filled out on or before Monday, May 13, 2024. For convenience, this year, we have combined several forms into one longer form.

Complete the Marching Band Form below on or before May 13, 2024. This includes contact information, t-shirt and shoe size, picture and video permission, summer vacation form, behavior conduct agreement, and booster volunteering information.

Marching Band Form

Use this form to indicate your student’s interest in participating in Marching Band. The Talawanda Marching Band Directors receive form entries.

Mr. Marston will get emergency medical forms, and information about epipens and asthma inhalers through Final Forms. Please make sure this information is up to date.
