Wreath Pick-Up This Weekend
Pick Up Times:
Friday Nov. 20 3pm-6pm
Sat. Nov. 21 10am-3pm
Pick Up Location (new this year):
Shademaker’s Nursery located at 7525 Fairfield Road Oxford, Ohio 45056.
The Wreaths will be delivered this Friday Nov. 20 and ready for you to deliver. Wreaths must be picked up between 3pm and 6pm on Friday or 10am and 3pm on Saturday. This year you will pick up your wreaths at Shademaker’s Nursery located at 7525 Fairfield Road Oxford, Ohio 45056 (this is a different location than last year). Please deliver your wreaths to your customers right away to ensure a quality product.
We are in need of volunteers to help pass out wreaths at Shademakers. We have three shifts available and need 4 people per shift.
Shift Times:
Friday 3pm-6pm
Saturday 10am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-3pm
Please contact Monica Helton at 889-3356 if you can work one or more of these shifts. This is our biggest fundraiser and your help will be greatly appreciated.
Directions to Shademakers:
From TMS: Right on Oxford-Reily Road, Left On Brookville Road, Right on Riggs Road, Left on Fairfield Road. Shademaker’s will be on your left.
From THS: Left on Chestnut, Right on Locust, Left on Spring (which will change into Fairfield Road. Shademaker’s will be on your left about a half-mile past the Community Park and the Knolls of Oxford.
Holiday Wreath Sale
Please support the Talawanda Bands by purchasing a Holiday Wreath. Order these wreaths before 10/25 and we will deliver them the week before Thanksgiving. This is a major fundraiser for the band and your support is very much appreciated.

16 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR WREATH DISTRUBUTION
I need 16 adult volunteers to help distribute wreaths to students. We have almost 1000 wreaths and need more help!
I need 2-4 people from 10-12pm on Saturday November 22
I need 2-4 people from 12-2pm on Saturday November 22
I need 2-4 people from 2-4 pm on Saturday November 22
I need 2-4 people from 12-2pm on Sunday November 23
I need 2-4 people from 2-4pm on Sunday November 23
I also need volunteers to help unload the wreaths and supervise distribution immediately after school on Friday November 21
Please contact me if you can volunteer. If we do not get enough help, we will have to limit these times of pick up.
High School and Middle School Parents are welcome.
