The Talawanda Band Boosters would like to invite you to participate in our Sixth Annual Holiday Craft Show which will take place in conjunction with the city of Oxford's Holiday Festival. If you are interested in participating, please include complete description of your main craft product. All items must be hand-crafted, and no baked goods or food items may be sold. Past exhibitors need not submit a photo, but we would appreciate a photo from any new participant. The Oxford Community Arts Center will be open for crafters to setup on Friday evening between 7:00 and 9:00 PM or Saturday morning at 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. All crafters are to be set-up and ready to sell by 9:00 AM and must remain set-up until the show ends at 5:00 PM. Absolutely no early departures. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. Booth reservations/preferences will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We will confirm your reservation in early November, including your booth number and location. Booth size is approximately 8 X 8 ft. Two chairs will be provided as part of the booth rental. Partitions used in your display that block the view of other crafter's booths are not permitted. We are excited about having this show at the Oxford Community Arts Center again this year, and we hope that you can join us. If you have any questions you may contact Monica Helton.
